ICOM released this new high-end communications receiver in 2017, raising the bar on sophisticated radio monitoring. The ICOM IC-R8600 covers 10 kHz all the way up to 3000 MHz in AM, LSB, USB, CW and FM and has the capability to decode selected digital communication signals including, D-STAR, NXDN, dPMR and P25.
