The Sailor RT142 is a marine VHF transceiver. It covers 156-162 MHz (fixed channels) for both reception and transmission. The radio supports simplex and duplex operation and has a distress channel selector (channel 16). Power requirements are 12/24 V DC. Current drain is 220 mA in receive mode and 4 A max in transmit mode. Dimensions are 220 × 320 × 195 mm.
